eSolutions’ MedicareACE is a product upgrade to our MedicareSAM service that can also be used as a standalone. It replaces the labor-intensive process of editing claims in the FISS system with the ability to edit those claims in a browserbased environment. With MedicareACE, you can click through and edit your claim on a single screen. You can even view the entire claim history and related claims.

What features does it provide?

eSolutions’ MedicareACE utilizes a browser interface that makes your operations more efficient. Claims can be organized by status, facility, assignment or reason code. This lets you select the best way to work your claims.

With MedicareACE, all of your important information is always visible. The form layout resembles a UB-04 form so you already know where to find the most important information. All potential problems show up in green text for quick identification. Additionally, reason code explanations are located in the top right corner for easy reference.

When your edits are complete, the claim is automatically updated in the Medicare FISS system. If you are also a subscriber to eSolutions’ MVP Live service, you can print the entire claim audit trail, including log notes and eligibility requests.
